Each Project HOPE State Profile documents the efforts behind the respective states’ Cross-Sector State Stakeholder Group (CSSSG) and their drive to increase access to health services and healthy development opportunities for children under five and their families.
The documents also provide a brief background of Project HOPE in the respective state, and highlight the stakeholders that collaborated on these efforts. State and community leaders may find these helpful to identify strategies, action steps and potential partners for similar systems change efforts to advance equity.
